Week 1

Title: Meetings among group members and Merwyn Jones.

Meeting: 01/18/2019, 03:30am – 4:00pm (w/ Merwyn Jones) at his office.

Attendance: Hakki Can Akgun, Yavuz Cangiz

REPORT

Headlines:

   -Introducing project to Hakki.
   -Merwyn Jones and Hakki discussed about the project.
   -Discussion about the database issues.
   -Discussion about what Jane wants us to do for project. 
   -Discussion about what to do until meeting with Jane.
   -Discussion about the VBA code.

Accomplishments:

   -We agreed on what to do this week.
   -Decided to meet with Jane after cpts are approved.
   -Yavuz has uploaded his CPT to isss tool at 25th January and waiting for approve of his cpt.

To Do:

   -We decided to add comment line to the code.
   -Explaining the code and how it works to Hakki.
   -We will ask the Jane about what we are going to do about duplicate lines in DB.
   -We will write the note to Excel that: "Make sure the form and the db is closed before running macro.".

Week 2

Title: Meetings among group members and Merwyn Jones.

Meeting: 02/01/2019, 03:30am – 5:00pm at library.

Attendance: Hakki Can Akgun, Yavuz Cangiz

REPORT

Accomplishments:

   -Comments are added to the vba code
   -Hakki uploaded his CPT to isss tool Friday.
   -Yavuz explained all the details behind the project and vba code.
   -Hakki learned how to code in vba.

Problems:

   -Yavuz's CPT didn't approved because the offer letter has wrong date in it. It was for Fall 2018.
   -Last week we said that we have to close the form and db to run the macro but we worked on it and found that there is no need to do such a thing.

To Do:

   -Hakki wants to learn more about vba.
   -Waiting for CPT's to be able to meet with Jane.
   -Monday we have a meeting with Merwyn Jones.
   -Probably on Monday, Merwyn Jones will hand out the offer letter for Yavuz.
   -Yavuz have to submit the offer letter again to the isss tool on Monday.
