Week 1

Date: 2/22/2021

Attandence: Hamza Sahin, Aral Yucel, Kerem Atasoy, Birkan Ak

Accomplishments:

- We got our CPT Approvals
- We understood that we have to take action for AOP.
- Our first meeting took place with Merwyn.


Problems:

- No problems this week.

To-Do:

- Conduct meeting with Valuag and Action for Older People.



Week 2

Date: 3/1/2021

Attandence: Hamza Sahin, Aral Yucel, Kerem Atasoy, Birkan Ak

Accomplishments:

- Conducted meeting with Valuag and Action for Older People.
- Created 4 EC2 Instances, 2 for ValuAg and 2 for AOP, they installed wordpress to each.
- Created 2 S3 buckets for each projects, code and media.
- Instantiated RDS.
- Connected EC2's, S3's and RDS's.
- Tested synchronization.

Problems:

- No problems this week.

To-Do:

- Continue working on websites.
- Include brand related material.
- Conduct meeting with Jim.

Week 3

Date: 3/8/2021

Attandence: Hamza Sahin, Aral Yucel, Kerem Atasoy, Birkan Ak

Accomplishments:

- We added all the products that Jim provided to ValuAg website.
- We included every information on the document for AOP. Our AOP web site layout is ready.
- We figured out the problem in Prod - Dev system.
- We prepared a PowerPoint presentation to explain our problems for the meeting.

Problems:

- We had difficult time while trying to create Dev - Prod environment because of the Database.
- Since all the data is sent to databases it is impossible to create the Prod - Dev system with Wordpress.

To-Do:

- According to the response from Jim we will figure out which option we are going to do.
- According to feedbacks for AOP website we can change our design.

Week 4

Date: 3/15/2021

Attandence: Hamza Sahin, Aral Yucel, Kerem Atasoy, Birkan Ak

Accomplishments:

- We deleted unnecessary ec2 instance. It cause some problems in current ec2 instance because of common points of the ec2 instances. 
- We created new ec2 instance and deleted AOP related information.
- We created bigger logo
- We mockup a calendar and donate  ($ amount at the cart) page.
- We changed staff members

Problems:

- There was a problem in our previous instance because of common database usage with deleted ec2 instance. We figured out and created new one
- We tried to change page links with buttons but our theme did not allow us to change them 

To-Do:

- According to the response from Jim and AgeOn office we will make updates in our website.


Week 5

Date: 3/22/2021

Attandence: Hamza Sahin, Aral Yucel, Kerem Atasoy, Birkan Ak

Accomplishments:

- From wordpresses admin pannel we enter css code of the theme that we are using and did multiple changes to make the AgeOn site much better.
- We changed the Logo size. Also resized the fonts of our pages to come up with a consistent look.
- We made the nav bar buttons seem clickable to add more ease for users.
- We made some changes on Related links and Board of Directors pages.

Problems:

- Unfortunately Jim could not attend the meeting and also Lisa so we did not know what we need to change more about the site.

To-Do:

- We will have a meeting with Merwyn and Jim and we will talk about future needs for AgeOn website. Merwyn will inform us about Lisa's needs for the website.

Week 6

Date: 3/29/2021

Attandence: Hamza Sahin, Aral Yucel, Kerem Atasoy, Birkan Ak

Accomplishments:

- Changed all caps in board of directors page.
- "Now onwards" label changed to "Calendar" in the event listing page.
- Donation options updated:
  - Labels changed to "Online Donation" and "Donation by Mail"
  - Donation confirmation and fail pages added.
  - Updating the status of pending donations are tested.
- Board of directors page is now under About Us page.
- Minor changes on the theme's overall look.

Problems:

- Email sender service does not work.
- We encountered some minor problems but we overcame them.

To-Do:

- Conduct meeting with Jim and Lisa.
- Configure email service.
- Configure payment methods (Paypal).

Week 7

Date: 4/5/2021

Attandence: Hamza Sahin, Aral Yucel, Kerem Atasoy, Birkan Ak

Accomplishments:

- Comments section of ValuAg site is deleted.
- Instead of having main page in recent posts we created a new page for main page and deleted recent posts.
- Navigation bar updated "Shop" moved to front. Deleted unnecessary pages now its simple and easier to use.
- There is a login system now for different users.
- We created a new item for pack sale. For now its only for Basil now "12 Basil Pack"
- Offline payment is set now we can manage costumers purchase status in Admin Panel like "Order Recived, "Order Complete", "Pending".

Problems:

- When the payment is received we are not sending a mail.
- There are theme problems that we are having in ValuAg and we are working on new options.

To-Do:

- Conduct meeting with Jim and Lisa.
- Ask about email configuration.
- Further changes on package sales for produces.
- Further work on Sign Up and Login System.
