We chose to use WinForms b
ecause WPA has less documents and newer than Windows Form. We decided to use Subversion. The Graph API program that we are going to use is Telerik.
We selected our group leader (Mehmet Talha Ugur) and group scheduler(Murat Can Arigun) but it changes on each month.
We did division of labor for reading and exploring documents from internet.

Each member will explore about Agile Software Development on internet. We are going to conclude DFD and UML between December 18th - January 24th. Gantt Chart is going to be sent to Mr. Fischman until Wednesday. We did our division of labor for our project presentation.

We are going to decide which project management program tool we are using for this project. We talked about Gantt Chart and prepared it. We got extra time for construction part and we lowered the time of Sprint. Until December the 17th, Elaboration Process goes. We construct Backlog Review on December the 18th.

We have talked about the class diagram of data structure. Huseyin, Ismail, and Alp will work on the class diagrams of data structure. We have talked about tools that we can use for GUI design. (like balsamiq.com, mockupscreens.com) Talha and Muratcan will work on it.

Alternative two interface have been designed and sent to the group. First version of class diagram has been sent to the group.

Members working on data structure sent their own class diagrams seperately. Lee Fischman sent his comments about all these, and the second version will be sent to Lee Fischman

--> UML diagrams was told and all of the diagrams will be combined in one week.

--> all works is shown to Prof. Steflik as a break review by Huseyin Aygan, Alp Turgut, Talha Ugur(other members got lecture because of delay).

--> Mr. Lee Fischman and Group members had meeting in G11 between 3pm and 6pm.
--> UML Design finalized and decided to start implementation of final design.
--> First Version User Interface is finalized and implementation of it will start next monday.
--> Group wanted more detailed information for Analysis part of the project, and Mr. Fischman will provide information on that later.
--> Backlog estimation was talked with Mr. Fischman and all topics will add on https://www.pivotaltracker.com/.

Option 1: a coder, a tester, and a documentation person for Data group
Option 2: person is codeing, testing and writing document for their back logs
