We communicated each other on skype. Mr. Lee mentioned about our project. We will use Monte Carlo Analysis.

We talked about requirements and interface of the project. Mr. Lee mentioned about how we implement monte carlo analysis to the project. We talked about improvement step of our project (Collaboration - Elaboration - Coding - Testing)

We chose to use WinForms because WPA has less documents and newer than Windows Form. We decided to use Subversion. The Graph API program that we are going to use is Telerik.

We selected our group leader (Mehmet Talha Ugur) and group scheduler(Murat Can Arigun) but it changes on each month.

We did division of labor for reading and exploring documents from internet.

Each member will explore about Agile Software Development on internet. We are going to conclude DFD and UML between December 18th - January 24th. Gantt Chart is going to be sent to Mr. Fischman until Wednesday. We did our division of labor for our project presentation.

We are going to decide which project management program tool we are using for this project. We talked about Gantt Chart and prepared it. We got extra time for construction part and we lowered the time of Sprint. Until December the 17th, Elaboration Process goes. We construct Backlog Review on December the 18th.
