Week 2
Accomplishments
- Access database installed so, I can access to the database.
Problems
- Couldn't access the macro code.
To Do
- Get familiar with the code.
Week 3
Accomplishments
- Changed the macro settings then "enable macro" button appeared. So, I can access the code. - Worked on Excel Macro and Access Database. - Located the required to fill areas in the Word form.
Problems
- I don't have the Jane's code.
To Do
- Code comparison with Jane's code for version check. - Put a star for required to fill boxes.
Week 4
Accomplishments
- Worked on Excel Macro - Put starts for required to fill boxes. - Compared with Jane's code.
-REJUVENATION DAY!
-Changes from Janes form
Word form differences.
Drug List Id was replaced with Version of the form. The time spent at the bottom of the form is now 90 was 60.
MC Part A is defaulted on in old form and off in new form. Eligibility and Screening box is checked in new form. No boxes are defaulted checked in Topics Discussed in the version 2.
Excel macro differences.
Data to membership DB is added.
Week 5

-Compared jane's code with the code we have -Most of the changes are understood -CPT form filled

- Comment line added for changes - A list has been made for the changes made before. - CPT approved and I-20 shipped.

Accomplishments
- Start making a presentation to explain briefly what the newly added codes do. - Some of the changes detected on Database. - Jane's Excel file worked on my computer.
Problems
- Full presentation didn't finished. - Couldn't find a effective way to migrate databases to Jane's database.

- Complete the presentation - Find a way to integrate new codes to Jane's excel file.

- The column that caused the shift was found

- Not sure the databases I have are the same as Jane's. If so it won't be a problem.

- Editing the code so that jane can use the version 2 form

- Presentation for Jane finished. - InsurenceBelongTo column now pull the data from form successfully.

- The "If yes" list can be selected even if the question of whether there is retiree insurance is no in the WordForm.
