Deger Cenk Erdil @ Binghamton

Hey, I will be off-the-hook this coming December, and I am looking for jobs. Let me know if you have any!

Here is my  CV, and my  resume. Both academic and professional references are available upon request.

I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Computer Science.

I work with Dr. Mike Lewis, the director of GCRL.

We have started working together in Fall 2003. We focus on adaptive resource scheduling in self-organizing grids.

A number of major conference organizers specifically asked us to contribute, and we are currently evaluating their proposals.

(Yeah, yeah, we are writing some papers to be submitted to conferences, you happy now?)

Here is the publications page of GCRL.

I have also worked on data grids, component interoperability, semantic interoperability, computer security and computer networks during my PhD studies. Let me know if you would like to be bored to death in any of these subjects.

I TA'd for Distributed Systems, High-Performance Networking, Systems Programming and Logic Design courses in the past.

I also have a personal web page and a photo gallery on the web.

Oh, and by the way, my Erdös number is 4 (Erdös, Koren, Phatak, Abu-Ghazaleh).

Questions, comments are welcome.

it's a wonderful life
